What are the refund conditions in the event of cancellation?
If you have taken out cancellation insurance with our partner, Campez Couvert, you must declare the cancellation of your stay to the insurer and you will be reimbursed for the sums paid.
If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, the sums paid will be kept on your customer account, and you will be able to reschedule a new stay during the current season (no carry-over to the following season).
Do I need a deposit?
For bare pitches: a deposit of 20 € is required for the magnetic camping access card. This deposit can either be left online via an e-mail you will receive a few days before your arrival, or directly on site by bank check or credit card imprint.
For rentals: a deposit of 300 € (in case of damage to property) + 80 € or 100 € (cleaning deposit depending on the range chosen) is required. This deposit can either be left online via an e-mail you will receive a few days before your arrival, or directly on site by bank check or credit card imprint (no cash deposit).
Do I have to make an appointment for the inventory of fixtures when I leave?
There is no inventory of fixtures on your departure. This will be carried out by our teams after your departure. An e-mail will be sent to you a maximum of 48 hours after your departure to inform you that your deposit has been either released (if bank prints) or destroyed (if bank checks). The keys to your rental and the magnetic card for the gate must be left at reception or in the letterbox provided for this purpose in the event of departure outside reception opening hours.
Are sheets and towels included?
Sheets and towels are not included in rentals, only comforters and pillows are supplied. We offer bed linen only or bed linen + towels (travel pack).
Is the aquatic area open in low season?
Our heated pool area is open daily from 10 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. throughout the campsite season.
